Ben Pakulski popularly known as BPak is a bodybuilding expert of global repute. Aged 36, the Polish bodybuilder coach, bodybuilding nutritionist and creator of the MI40 Framework.

He became interested in nutrition at the age of 12 after reading something on vegetarianism, which he subsequently experimented for two years.

The 5-foot-10 bodybuilding athlete began weightlifting at the age of 15 at the Macks Gym in Toronto.

Bodybuilding Influences

Trained by Tom Hall, with teachings on how to exercise the biochemical way, Ben with the help of Tom, secured his first Muscletech contract at 18.

Ben Pakulski started watching professional events at 17 after his father took him to a competition between Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman.

Growing up, Pakulski was greatly influenced by Lee Priest and Dorian Yates, while receiving training from two highly-influential figures in the bodybuilding world – Charles Poliquin and Charles Glass. This helped him in becoming the popular professional bodybuilding expert that he is today.

Career and Professional Bodybuilding Awards

Turning pro in 2008 after a victory at the IFBB North American Championships, Ben Pakulski went on to gain global repute as one of the most sought-after professional bodybuilder and nutritionist. Also influenced by Peter Chiasson, a health professional with a background in Kinesiology, Pakulski went on to bag an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.

The father of two has received accolades from different quarters. Some of his awards include placing 5th at the 2011 Flex Pro, finishing third at the 2009 edition of the IFBB in Tampa, Florida that event and subsequently qualifying for a 2009 Olympia invitation. He also placed a controversial fourth at the 2012 Arnold Classic, even when people feel he should have won the event or at least landed second.

In addition to receiving several awards, has also been acclaimed by different institutions. He has graced the covers of MuscleMag, Flex, and Muscle Insider; he is one of eight Olympia contenders featured in the acclaimed bodybuilding documentary Generation Iron, and is known as “Canada’s most successful IFBB pro bodybuilder”.

Ben Pakulski has also been described at one time as the youngest rising stars in the IFBB, according to the editor in chief of Flex magazine.
